The Town of Windsor will require the services of a professional playground firm for the design and installation of a playground at Covenant Park. The goal of this RFP is to contract with a qualified firm who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. Applicant will submit a total fee proposal for performing the entire project as a lump sum. Please subdivide the work based on the scope of service below. Reimbursable expenses and hourly rates that occur outside of the described work can be submitted on a separate page in the proposal package. Covenant Park Playground Designed for ages 2-5 and 5-12. The site is located at 1399 Southwood Dr, Windsor, CO 80550. Playground Footprint 2-5/7140 sf., 5- 12/5700sf. Timeline for completion is late summer of 2022. Selected contractor will be responsible for removal of existing playground equipment and surfacing, grading, installation of all equipment and surfacing (including subsurface drainage if required) per manufacturer specifications and accordance with all national playground safety guidelines. Staff would prefer to keep the footprint of the existing playground the same however is willing to consider all options.
