Windsor is seeking qualified consultants interested in completing the Windsor Police Department-North Campus Project. Windsor is situated midway between the state capitals of Denver, Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming. The Town of Windsor is located along the northern Front Range of Colorado in western Weld County and eastern Larimer County. Windsor's corporate limits abut Interstate 25, the surrounding major cities of Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collins, and unincorporated areas of Weld and Larimer County. The Town of Windsor is relocating its Police Department from its current site at 200 N. 11th Street, to the new North Campus, planned to be situated north of the Public Works building on WCR 15. The Town of Windsor requires the services of a professional Owner's Representative firm including appropriate sub-consultants for this proposed project. The approximate total project budget is approximately $25-30 million dollars. This value includes all design fees, development and permit fees, furniture, fixtures and equipment, Owner's separate consultants, offsite improvements, onsite improvements, and facility structures.
