**The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established RFQ Construction Manager at Risk - Huron Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Expansion. Tohopekaliga Water Authority ("Toho"), an independent special district established pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature, hereby issues this request for qualifications from qualified Construction Manager at Risk firms with the experience necessary to complete the above-titled project. Questions Due Date: Jul 22nd 2024, 12:00 PM EDT. Construction Phase Scope The Construction Phase of the Project shall generally be broken down into the following tasks: 1. Construction Phase Initiation; 2. Construction Management; and 3. Miscellaneous Services. The scope of CMAR's Construction Phase Services shall be as set forth in Schedule 4: ProjectSpecific Information of the Solicitation Documents, a copy of the relevant portion of which is hereto attached as Attachment 1: Scope of Services, and in compliance with the terms of this Contract. In the event of a conflict, the provisions of this Contract shall prevail. CMAR shall not incur any cost to be reimbursed associated with the Construction Phase of the Work prior to the commencement of the Construction Phase, unless TOHO provides prior written authorization for such costs.
