Site work and paving for a civil project in Holladay, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of reinforced concrete pipe, manholes, connections to existing pipes and structures, and asphalt restoration. Also includes installation of a dry well. Work will be around existing utilities and utility laterals. No Bonds are required. City of Holladay reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of City of Holladay. The Work will be Substantially Complete by November 1, 2024. At the time of Bidding, and the signing of the Agreement, and at all times during the Work, Bidder shall be properly licensed to do the Work and shall be in compliance with the license laws of the State of Utah, City of Taylorsville, and Salt Lake County. The Bidder shall also require all Subcontractors to do the same. All questions to be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 15, 2024.
