The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo with its head offices in Fort McMurray, Alberta invites quotations from experienced contractors for the construction of a church memorial located in the rural hamlet of Anzac, approximately 45 kilometers southeast of Fort McMurray based on approved drawings (see Appendix D - Reference Documents - Attachment 2 - Drawings as updated in the Bidding System). The work consists of supply all materials, equipment, products, labour and transportation for construction of the Anzac Church Memorial. Construction services include but are not limited to site management, surveying, excavations and removals, site grading, hardscaping, supply and installation of site furnishings, a feature element showcasing a bell from the church, interpretive signage and landscaping. Lighting is being included as optional and will be considered based on available budget. Construction of a new church memorial, including but are not limited to: Site safety and management. Tree protection. Survey layout. Grading, excavation, removals, and subgrade preparation. Hardscaping including granular base, pre-cast concrete plinth, cast-in-place concrete, concrete band/border, and paving stones. Supply and install steel bell structure. Supply and install resin canopy and bench slats. Supply and install interpretive panels. Supply and install site furniture. Soft landscaping including topsoil, mulch, plant material and sod including watering and maintenance until acceptance. Miscellaneous and related works.
