Softscape and hardscape improvements for the community space at the entrance to the Town of Concord library Question Deadline 07/10/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work shall be performed under a single contract and shall include but not be limited to the following: Softscape and hardscape improvements to the community space at the entrance to the library. Improvements include new concrete permeable pavers, poured in place rubber surfacing. planting areas with groundcover, perennials, shrubs and mulch, aluminum perimeter fence, small children's stage (elevated platform) with composite decking, composite tables with solar umbrellas, and site furniture. Hulbert Library of the Town of Concord, located at 18 Chapel Street, Springville, NY 14141. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within sixty (60) days of the Bid Opening.
