Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Springville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Work shall be performed under a single contract, and shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of new 30’ x 32’ post-frame garage with associated doors, electric service, lighting, and site work; and concrete flatwork and interior refinishing and painting of the existing senior services building. All work is located at the Town of Concord Senior Center whose physical address is 40 Commerce Drive, Springville, NY. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid made payable to the Town of Concord. Question Deadline 03/11/2025. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner will reject the Bid.
