Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Clairton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; for outdoor lighting for a stadium; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Alterations to Clairton Stadium include new synthetic turf athletic field, storm water management system, and associated site improvements with fencing and paved walking path. Grandstand, press box, stadium lighting, and scoreboard to be provided through State Contract. Written questions will be accepted at the Architect via email: jreid@corepgh.com. Items which require clarification will be addressed by Addendum prior to the Bid date. A certified check, bid bond or a combination of both totaling an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid PLUS any Add Alternates and made payable to the Clairton City School District, must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid. The Owner anticipates awarding Contracts within thirty (30) days of the bid opening. No bona fide bids shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening. All bids shall be clearly marked with contractor's name and Prime Contract number and name. Work includes, but not limited to: 1. GC to provide new synthetic turf athletic field, stormwater management system and associated site improvements with fencing and paved walking path. EC to provide connection and coordination with new electrical service, coordination and connection of electrical and data to the grandstand, coordination and connectioon to new stadium lighting, and reworking of existing site electrical. SL to provide stadium lighting via State Contract. SB to provide scoreboard and accessories via State Contract. New grandstand/ pressbox by via State Contract. Obtaining all required permits. Compliance with current local and federal guidelines. Temporary fencing, protection, and traffic control measures Final closeout and cleanup. Project no : 07485-0023
