Alterations to Clairton Stadium - Scoreboard State Contract Clairton City School District 501 Mitchell Avenue, Clairton, PA 15025 Alterations to Clairton stadium 754-798 miller avenue Clairton, PA 15025 Alterations to Clairton Stadium include new synthetic turf athletic field, storm water management system, and associated site improvements with fencing and paved walking path. Grandstand, press box, stadium lighting, and scoreboard to be provided through State Contract. A separate non-refundable cost will be required for shipping and handling charges if mailing is requested. A certified check, bid bond or a combination of both totalling an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid PLUS any Add Alternates and made payable to the Clairton City School District, must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid. The Owner anticipates awarding Contracts within thirty (30) days of the bid opening. No bona fide bids shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening. All bids shall be clearly marked with contractor's name and Prime Contract number and name.
