The work of the Contract shall be to furnish all material, labor, equipment, tools and facilities necessary for the Replacement of Utility-owned Water Service Lines, otherwise known as Main to Curb (M-C) service lines, in accordance with the requirements of Ridgewood Water, Ridgewood, New Jersey 07450, as needed and described in the Contract Specifications. The Village of Ridgewood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or to accept a bid which, in its judgment best serves the interest of the Village. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Award or rejection of bids will be made within this period. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Scope of Work The scope of the work to be performed under the Agreement for WATER SERVICE LINE (M-C) REPLACEMENTS shall comprise of the following: Furnish all material, labor, equipment, tools and facilities necessary for the Replacement of Utility-owned Water Service Lines, otherwise known as Main to Curb (M-C) service lines for Ridgewood Water as detailed in the Contract Specifications. The Village of Ridgewood shall pay the Contractor in current funds for the Contractors performance of the above described scope of work, based on the Contractors bid rates for a duration of one year, subject to any additions and deductions as provided in the Contract Documents.
