Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Twin Falls, Idaho. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of September 19, 2024 bids were rejected. The project will be re-bid sometime in 2025. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include demolition a portion of existing parking lot, landscaping and sidewalk to construct a parking lot expansion. Work performed includes construction of new pavement section, curb and gutter, drainage conveyance, parking lot lighting, striping, landscaping and irrigation. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Question Deadline 07/22/2024 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum. Estimated Cost: $475,000 sealed envelope containing the bid shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope with the notation SEALED BID ENCLOSED on the face thereof. If mailed, the mailing envelope shall be addressed as follows: College of Southern Idaho Taylor Administration Building, Room 103315 Falls Ave Twin Falls, Idaho 83301
