The Project Scope Includes Construction of a Parking Lot, Grading and Water Retention, Restroom and Pavilion Installation, Concrete and Asphalt Flatwork, Landscaping, Synthetic Turf Installation, Site Furnishings, and Fitness Equipment Furnished by Owners The Project Award Date Will Be Thursday, May 15th, 2025 and the Estimated Construction Start Will Be June 9 Th , 2025 Federal Procurement Requirements Apply to This Solicitation. Direct Inquiries to Zach Carter at Zcarter@wbnation.com or 208-869-9271 The proposed development is in the northeastern portion of the City of Twin Falls, Twin Falls County, ID, and occupies a portion of NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 2, Township 10 South, Range 17 East, Boise Meridian. This project will consist of construction of a new restroom structure, an expanded parking lot, and a community park area. Total settlements are limited to 1 inch. Loads of up to 4,000 pounds per lineal foot for wall footings were assumed for settlement calculations. Additionally, assumptions have been made for traffic loading of pavements. Retaining walls are not anticipated as part of the project. Atlas has not been informed of the proposed grading plan.
