This project will consist of construction of a new restroom structure, an expanded parking lot, and a community park area. Total settlements are limited to 1 inch. Loads of up to 4,000 pounds per lineal foot for wall footings were assumed for settlement calculations. Additionally, assumptions have been made for traffic loading of pavements. Retaining walls are not anticipated as part of the project. Atlas has not been informed of the proposed grading plan.
