Site work for a water / sewer project in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The construction of concrete sludge pad, concrete retaining walls, and associated excavation and backfill in accordance with the project drawings and specifications Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2024 Waste Water Treatment Plant Sludge Pad Expansion. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Twin Falls as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Twin Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Twin Falls.
