The Monroe County Airport Authority will receive sealed Proposals for the 2024 Parking Garage Improvement Project in Monroe County, New York. The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of all labor and materials for: Furnishing and installing all labor and materials to provide the parking garage improvements and preventative maintenance items contained with the Bid Documents and Plans. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS Monroe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items which may be deemed most favorable to its best interests.
