Webb County is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified contractors for the Webb County Rio Bravo Drainage Outfall Rehabilitation & Maintenance Improvement project. The proposed scope of this project is to provide repairs to two (2) existing drainage outfalls near the Rio Grande River. The scope of work will consist of asphalt pavement construction, excavation, embankment, demolition, site grading, flexible base, subgrade preparation, storm drainage improvements, concrete pavement, and erosion control improvements. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The estimated construction budget is $800,000.00. Webb County Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bid Proposals, to Waive Informalities in the Csp Process, or to Terminate the Csp Process at Any Time, if Deemed in the Best Interest for Webb County. In Addition, Webb County Shall Not, Under Any Circumstances, Be Bound by or Be Liable for Any Obligations With Respect to This Public Solicitation Until Such Time (if at All) a Construction Contract Been Awarded and All Approvals Obtained in Form and Substance Satisfactory to Webb County Have Been Executed and Authorized by the Webb County Commissioners Court, and Then Only to the Extent of Such Fully Executed Agreements.
