Site work for a municipal facility in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Laredo Purchasing Division is now accepting informal bids, subject listed contract provisions, for the removal and installation of a fence for the Laredo Municipal Court. Removal of approximately 450 linear ft. of chain link fencing and install fence panels. Labor only. Fence panels, posts and minor materials and supplies will be provided by the City of Laredo. Fence must include 1 vehicle entrance gate and 2 pedestrian gates. Existing gate closure system must work with new gates. Modification to existing closure system may be necessary to ensure proper operation. Removal of the existing chain-link fence and posts. The chain-link fence and posts will remain on premise for future city use. Project scheduled days must be coordinated with Court staff. The project may include working weekends or after normal business hours to avoid interruptions to court operations. Project shall be turned in complete, professional, and functional. No trash, tape or debris left behind, no paint spills on concrete slabs or walkways. The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as well as the right to determine the bid most advantageous to the City.
