Questions Due Date: Jul 23rd 2024, 2:00 PM CDT Questions will be received, in writing to purchasing@portofgalveston.com The Board of Trustees of the Galveston Wharves will award this bid to the bidder who provides the requested goods or services at the best value for the Port, which will include an analysis of the following criteria: purchase price, reputation of the bidder and of the bidder's goods or services, the quality of the bidder's goods or services, the extent to which the goods or services meet the Port's needs, the bidder's past relationship with the Port, the impact on the ability of the Port to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses and non-profit organizations employing persons with disabilities, and the total long term cost to the Port to acquire the bidder's goods or services. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids, in whole or in part, and to accept the bid or bids, in whole or in part, for any reason or to negotiate with any and all bidders and waive any informality in bids received.
