Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Muscatine, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a water / sewer project; and multi-residential development.
Bids must address the following scope of work. Underpinning and jacking of foundation back into position Repair of any CMU foundation walls Bury 10 hard pipe drain tiles, 20 foot long and terminating with a mitered end matching the slope of the grade. Attachment of all downspouts to new drainage tiles at the rear of the building Backfill all excavations and repair lawns with seed Repair or replacement of all settled concrete slabs on the interior of the buildings 2704B (approximately 140 ft2) 2704C (approximately 160 ft2) 2704D (approximately 140 ft2) Repair or replacement of all rear patio concrete slabs in excavated areas Provide estimated start date and estimated duration of the project Questions about this request may be directed to Rob Awbrey
