As of September 10, 2024 this project was awarded to MDI Construction with the total awarded amount of $2,416,184.51 Contract A $1,969,203.66 Contract B $206,168.32 Contract C $240,812.53 This request includes the renovation of the Portland Police Department. All bidders will be responsible for any necessary site preparation identified on the construction plans. The winning bidder must have a State of Tennessee commercial license and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and have all necessary inspections. All City of Portland levied permit fees will be waived by the City of Portland, however all permits are required to be pulled.
