Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

A. Scope of Services and Deliverables The Contractor shall provide all goods or services and deliverables as required, described, and detailed in the contract and shall meet all service and delivery timelines as specified by this Contract. B. Contract Period 1. This contract is for the property located at 205 S. Broadway Portland Tn. 37148 2. The City has already obtained an asbestos report. The summary is on page 20 of this document. 3. The City may request additional work to be completed under this contract with the approval of the Board of Mayor and Alderman. C. Payment Terms and Conditions This Contract does not grant the Contractor any exclusive rights. The City does not guarantee that it will buy any minimum quantity of goods or services under this Contract. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, the Contractor will only be paid for goods or services provided under this Contract after a purchase order is issued to Contractor by the City or as otherwise specified by this Contract.
