Request For Qualifications RFQ No. 25-06 Engineering Design of WTP #3 Upgrade to 6.0 MGD The City of Lago Vista invites participation in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for experienced and qualified firms or individuals to conduct the designing, permitting, bidding, and construction management of a water treatment plant upgrade. The firm/individual/s will be tasked with increasing the capacity of the existing plant from 2.0 million gallons per day (MGD) to 6.0 MGD. Upgrading the high service pump station for the increased capacity of the water plant. The selected firm will be responsible for engineering design, obtaining necessary permits from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), bidding the project, and construction management. All proposals shall be clearly marked as RFQ No. 25-06 Engineering Design of WTP #3 Upgrade to 6.0 MGD. All questions and requests for explanations, clarifications, or interpretations must be received by email to Victor.manzano@lagovistatexas.gov prior to April 23, 2025, at 5p.m. CST. The City of Lago Vista reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed to represent the best value to the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
