This advertisement is a public notice that the MTA Long Island Railroad (LIRR), is seeking the services of a Design/Build 3rd Party Contractor (DB) to generate design and demolition plans needed for the partial demolition of a LIRR-owned section of an existing building occupied by Alphapointe Inc. The building is located at the corner of 89th Avenue and 123rd Street in Richmond Hill Queens, New York. he overall objective of this effort is to perform the necessary State-Of-Good-Repair activities needed to remove the LIRR section of the building while leaving the rest of the building intact and unharmed. Construction activities shall make use of modern methods and advanced construction techniques to minimize any possible interruptions of business operations within the Alphapointe Building. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 6%
