Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shediac, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The construction of the above works, consists of the construction of the Cul-de-Sac on St-Joseph Street and the construction of a storm pond. This includes, the supply and installation of approximately 60m of new PVC Watermain, Sanitary Service Pipe, Storm Sewer Pipe, Storm Service Pipe, Storm Manholes and a new Catch Basin. Excavation for the new storm pond, in addition to full width road construction and trail paving. New curb and gutter, including perforated drain tile and existing curb removal and disposal. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Shediac must accompany each tender. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
