Mount Magazine State Park Visitor Center Siding Replacement located in Paris, AR for the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. If any person contemplating submitting a Bid is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the Contract Documents, he may submit to the Design Professional a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof not later than five (5) calendar days before Bid opening.
