Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Paris, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The scope of work consists of furnishing materials, labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and supervision necessary for renovations in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by HTW Architects, Engineers, and Planners. All bidding questions shall be directed to HTW Architects, Engineers, and Planners, 308 1/2 West Main St, Russellville, AR 72801, (479) 967-5044, ira@htwassociates.com. Each contractor's bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Arkansas in the sum of not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. The bid bond will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder upon request when the award is made to the successful bidder and the contract has been signed and the performance and labor and material payment bonds have been executed. A Performance and Payment bond in the amount equal to100% of the contract amount shall be required from the successful bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with Arkansas State Law.
