Renovation of a municipal facility in Paris, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The scope of work consists of furnishing materials, labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and supervision necessary for renovations to exterior steps in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by HTW Architects, Engineers, and Planners. Sealed bids from licensed General Contractors will be received for renovations to the West Side Exterior Steps at the Logan County Courthouse, located in Paris, Arkansas. Each contractor's bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Arkansas in the sum of not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. A Performance and Payment bond in the amount equal to 100% of the contract amount shall be required from the successful bidder. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the actual date of bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with Arkansas State Law. Participation of small, minority, and women business enterprises is encouraged.
