Site work and new construction of a development in Milton, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 22,000-square-foot, two-story above grade development; and for site work for a development.
Phased construction of the West Beginner Lodge and Central Lodge located at the Kelso-Glen Eden Conservation Area. The West Beginner Lodge (2-sty and 13,000 sq ft) is to contain space for: patrol area; rental shop; storage; tech shop; mechanical/electrical rooms; visitor services/retail; snow school and WOW camp; seating/lunchroom; and washrooms. The Central Lodge (1-sty and 9,000 sq ft) is to contain: cafeteria; washrooms; kitchen; storage; and customer service area. TIMELINE: Project is in design. An RFP for geotechnical and hydrogeotechnical services has been issued by the Owner in a separate report. Tender and construction timelines may be confirmed spring 2026.
