Contractor shall decommission and remove existing domestic hot water heater tank when the proposed hot water heating system is operational. Cost shall include necessary piping, insulation, and isolation valves. The project is to include required electrical wiring and BAS tie-in (All included in project cost, all controls shall be non-proprietary). 1 All work should meet appropriate codes, standards, and IO guidelines. Work to be completed after hours. The contractor is to provide a timeline, to be approved by the client, to not interrupt Ministry programs. 2 The contractor shall complete the installation of the proposed domestic hot water heating system, work to include but not limited to: 3 Supply and install of new domestic hot water heating system. 4 Supply and install- of new isolation valves, piping, and insulation. Electrical wiring and controls including tie-in to BAS.
