Renovation of an educational facility in Moapa Valley, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work consists of: Construction and installation of the ansul/exhausts system and evap cooler, the stove, grill, fryer, and griddle, and relocation of the existing stove and casework demo/finish selection. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of: B, B2. The Owner's representative is: Michael Guerin or Jean-Francois Perez, and may be reached at (702) 525-6493 or (702) 278- 6411. The A/E representative is: kga, Inc., and may be reached at (702) 367-6900. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The project consists of construction of construction and installation of the ansul/exhausts system and evap cooler, commercial stove, grill, fryer, and griddle, and relocation of the existing stove and casework demo/finish selection, electrical drop chords from the ceiling, patch and repair of walls and ceilings for plumbing, mechanical and electrical work and patch and repair of roof where new construction occurs. Coordinate all construction trades with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical drawings. B. Contract: Perform Work under a single prime, lump sum contract, including labor, equipment, materials, and services required for the completion of the project. Question Deadline 07/19/2024 PID-24012
