Site work for a mixed-use development in Moapa Valley, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Moapa Valley High School Turf Sports Fields & Xeriscape. The construction estimate for the project is: $8,000,000.00. Notice of Award Date: Thursday, January 11, 2024 F. Notice to Proceed Date: Wednesday, January 24, 2024 G. Substantial Completion Date: Tuesday, September 10, 2024 The Work consists of removing the existing natural grass; replacing the baseball field, softball field and soccer field's grass with synthetic turfsystems and replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape; removing existing irrigation from the natural grass areas and installing new irrigation. The Work also includes installing new curbs, fencing, concrete and sports field accessories. Clarifications requested by Bidders must be made directly to the A/E in writing, not less than nine (9) calendar days before date set for receipt of Bids. The reply will be in the form of an addendum which will be forwarded to all bidders of record, not less than seven (7) calendar days before the date set for receipt of Bids. Verbal answers are not binding on any party.
