Reference number: 20006254 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-16 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 1 In accordance with the law, the Town reserves the right to refuse any tender from a contractor or supplier who, in the two years preceding the date of the tender opening, has received an unsatisfactory performance evaluation from the Town of Montreal West. To be considered, all submissions must be accompanied by : 1. A bid bond, irrevocable letter of credit, bank draft or certified cheque made payable to the Town of Montreal West in the amount of 10% of the bid amount (including taxes) and valid for a period of ninety (90) days; 2. In the case of a bid bond, it must be accompanied by a letter of intent from a company authorized to act as surety in Quebec, undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the contract amount (including taxes) and a surety bond for guarantees, materials and services equivalent to 50% of the contract amount (including taxes).uest.
