Reference number: 20007868 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-22 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 1 The Town has received a financial contribution from the Government of Quebec, through the Ministère des Transports, for the rehabilitation of chemin Avon. This work briefly includes, but is not limited to: Planing of existing pavement; Spot repair of existing pavement; Paving work; Pavement marking work; Site restoration work. If the bid security is a surety bond, each bid must be accompanied by a document issued by an insurance company recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers, confirming that it will issue in favor of the City of Montreal West, a performance bond established for a value of 50% of the contract price and a surety bond for guarantees, materials and services established for a value of 50% of the contract price (taxes included), all valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date.In all other cases, the successful bidder's bid bond will be retained as security for the performance of the latter's obligations in all respects, unless replaced by the two aforementioned bonds.
