Reference number: 20115311 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-01-23 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 1 Description Number MO-01-26-01 Westminster Avenue transitional development The Ville de Montreal Ouest is requesting bids for work including upgrading the rail crossing on Westminster Avenue, at the intersection of the Canadian Pacific Kansas City and Sherbrooke Street tracks in Montreal-Ouest. The work also includes the redevelopment of the roadway, adjustments to signalling systems, as well as coordination interventions with exo's commuter train service, in the immediate vicinity of Montreal-West station. To be considered, each tender must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of an irrevocable bank letter of credit, a bank draft or a certified cheque made out to the order of the City of Montreal-West, or a security issued by an insurance company recognized as a guaranteed insurer by the Autorite des marches financiers du Quebec, in an amount equal to 10% or more of the amount of the tender (taxes included), valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening date of submissions.
