To be considered, all submissions must be accompanied by : 1. A bid bond, irrevocable letter of credit, bank draft or certified cheque made payable to the Town of Montreal West in the amount of 10% of the bid amount (including taxes) and valid for a period of ninety (90) days; 2. In the case of a bid bond, it must be accompanied by a letter of intent from a company authorized to act as surety in Quebec, undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the contract amount (including taxes) and a surety bond for guarantees, materials and services equivalent to 50% of the contract amount (including taxes).uest.
