The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its delivery to the Purchasing Agent at purchasing@lakemaryfl.com, no later than 5:00 PM TUESDAY, JULY 30, 2024 To begin work not later than fourteen (14) days after the issuance of a Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise provided, to Substantially Complete the work within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days and to Finally Complete the work within Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days of date of the Notice to Proceed Bid Bond 5% Project Estimated Budget 457,000.00 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals/submittals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request re-submission or to re-advertise for all or any part of the Invitation to Bid/Request for Proposal/Request for Qualifications.
