Renovation of a water / sewer project in Ionia, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000356816 The project consists of replacement of Grit Washer equipment, Raw Sewage Pump No.2 and three Tower Feed Pumps (No.1 through No.3). This project will involve the following major trades: General, Process, Electrical and Mechanical. Question Deadline 07/24/2024 WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. Bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with each Bid. *The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 6 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
