Reference Number 0000357013 Question Deadline 07/18/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online No. The City of Victoria, Texas ("City") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") from professional environmental firms for the selection of consulting services in accordance with the term, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request For Qualifications ("RFQ"). This RFQ provides interested firms with the information necessary to prepare and submit their qualifications for consideration. Any firm responding to this RFQ shall be considered an environmental professional as specified in Section 7.5.1 of ASTM E1527-21 (Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process). The City requests Qualifications (upon the terms and conditions set out in this RFQ) for assistance in performing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), pursuant to ASTM E1527-21, for an approximate 3.4 acre property located at 1201 Pine St, Victoria, TX 77901. The City also requests Qualifications for assistance in performing a potential Phase II Environmental Site Assessment of the aforementioned property, pursuant to ASTM E-1903-19 (Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Process), pending results of the Phase I ESA. Participation Requirements - Airport Concessionaires Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) - Business Concern - Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) - Minority Business Participation - Native American Participation - Small Business Participation - Service-Disabled Veteran Owned - Women-Owned Business Participation Award Requirements - All or None Award - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item The City of Victoria reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value to the City of Victoria, and hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action. Respondents are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time.
