Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wimberley, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Wimberley ("City") has received funding from the Texas Department of Transportation for a Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program ("Project") to construct sidewalks along Texas Ranch Road 12 in Wimberley, Texas; and, now intends to enter into one (1) contract with a consulting engineering firm as a professional service provider, including design services, pursuant to 23 C.F.R. 172 (effective June 22, 2015) to provide the following services. Question Deadline 07/19/2024 at 5:00 PM CT The interested Applicant shall email a copy of the written clarification request to the Project Manager, Ryan Bell, rbell@gilpinengineering.com. Categories of work include engineering and design of sidewalks, driveways, and a mid-block crossing with pedestrian hybrid beacon. The project limits are from Old Kyle Road to RM 3237. Any interested Applicant may in writing request clarification from the Project Manager no later than 5:00 PM on July 19, 2024. The interested Applicant shall email a copy of the written clarification request to the Project Manager, Ryan Bell, rbell@gilpinengineering.com. The basis of payment will be Lump Sum. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Applicants. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
