The design includes constructing 6 to 8 foot Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant sidewalks, ramps, driveways as well as including drainage structures and two retaining walls. The limits of this project are approximately from 0.2 miles south of the intersection of RM 2325 and Carney Lane to about 80 feet southeast of the intersection of RM 2325 and Rhodes Lane.
