- Testing and engineering as shown in the drawings and specifications and required by roofing manufacturer(s). - Enlarge openings at primary scupper locations and create new secondary scupper openings as shown. - Structural steel deck repairs at building 9. - Varied roofing scope at buildings 1 (72,000 sqft), 9 (7,300 sqft), 10 (5,300 sqft) & 50 (16,500 sqft). - Remove and replace existing copings, expansion joints, scuppers, gutters & flashing with new metal as shown. - Joint sealants. - Priming and touch up painting of masonry / concrete as shown. - Disconnect, store and reconnect roof equipment as required to perform the work.
