Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Blountstown, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a 7,500-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Blountstown is seeking Requests for Qualifications from any qualified business entities interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk services for The City of Blountstown City Hall Construction Project. The project consists of the new construction of an approximately 7,500 square feet building for The City of Blountstown City Hall. Also included in the scope of work is a new paved parking area, new concrete sidewalks, and construction of a stormwater treatment facility. The project also consists of additional new construction related elements such as utility connections, etc., determined as needed. The scope of required services under the proposed contract will include full Construction Manager at Risk services for all work included in the contract documents prepared by the Citys design consultant for the project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
