Calhoun County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Bids in whole or in part, to waive informalities in the process, to obtain new Statements of Bids, or to postpone the opening pursuant to Calhoun County's purchasing policies. Each Statement of Bid shall be valid to Calhoun County for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening. The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners encourages Minority Business Enterprises to respond to this Bid Invitation. Bidder agrees that the work will be substantially complete by August 15, 2025 and will be completed and ready for finalpayment by September 1, 2025.
