The City of Torrance ("City") is soliciting proposals to select qualified contractors to provide Roofing maintenance and repair services on an on-call basis for an estimated three-year term, with a non-guaranteed not-to-exceed amount of $200,000. The contract will be for a minimum 3-year term, with the option to extend two additional one-year terms. Up to five (5) contractors may be selected to provide as-needed services including being issued a task order related to facilities improvement project. The City will issue task orders for each request based on the scope of work, qualifications, work schedule, and fee reasonableness. The City may solicit proposals from two or more pre-qualified contractors. Typical services for this Contract may consist of but are not limited to the following specific tasks: Inspections, Repairs, Servicing, Replacements and, Installations. QUESTIONS: Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted on Online. The deadline to submit questions is 12:00P.M. Noon Pacific Time on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. No questions via telephone. No questions submitted after deadline.
