Contractor agrees to provide Landfill Disposal Site Services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein: Contractor shall provide landfill disposal site services for the Caltrans Torrance Maintenance Station in the County of Los Angeles, District 07. 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services. Written responses to all questions will be collectively compiled and posted, as an Addendum, to the Cal online website online . It is the responsibility of the bidder to access the Cal online website for any changes or addenda that may be posted.
