Reference Number 0000273858 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/22 11:59:00 PM EDT Through this solicitation, the City of Ottawa would like to enter into a contract with a consultant to help inform the system replacement and lifecycle maintenance requirements of the City's electronic access control system. The consultant must possess technical knowledge of security systems. The contract is to begin on the date of award, approximate on 16 August 2024 and end on or around 11 October 2024. In consultation with the Project Manager, a draft final report (or reports) is due by 20 September 2024 and a final report (or reports) by 07 October 2024. Accept or reject any or all proposals submitted in response to this RFP Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
