The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide Professional Infrastructure Design Services for the Citys engineering requirements, as described in the Annex A, Terms of Reference. The City would like to qualify firms or independent consultants in one, or more of the following categories: Category 01: Project Management Services Category 02: Specialized Consulting Services (including Acoustic Design, Lighting Design, Sign Design, Drone Investigation and Reporting Services, Commercial Diving, Elevator Design, and Specialized Testing and specialized technology) Category 03: Quantity Surveying (including Cost Estimation) Services Category 04: Inspection (including Concrete, Soils, and Equipment)Services Category 05: Interior Design (including Fit-up and Planning) Services Category 06: Landscape Architectural Services Category 07: Roofing Design and Inspection Services Category 08: Building Envelope Engineering Services Category 09: Environmental Services Category 10: Civil Engineering Services Category 11: Electrical Engineering Services Category 12: Mechanical Engineering Services Category 13: Structural Engineering Services Category 14: Commissioning/Decommissioning Services Category 15: Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)Services Category 16: Architectural Design Services Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
