The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals Bidders shall hold a valid State of Nevada Contractor’s License of a class corresponding to the work to be performed at the time the Proposal is submitted to the City of Reno. Failure to possess the appropriate contractor’s license at the time the Proposal is submitted will result in the Proposal being rejected. The minimum wages to be paid for labor shall not be less than the prevailing wages scale for Washoe County as determined by the Labor Commissioner of the State of Nevada.
