505 Roof Fall Protection Question Deadline 07/18/2024 at 10:00 AM CT Questions due to Buyer via email: nickon.etminan@dupagecounty.gov We wish to encourage your continued participation in DuPage County's procurement process, as this will continue to ensure the County taxpayers that they are receiving the maximum value for their tax dollars. The County of DuPage reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and waive any and all technicalities. The intent of this bid is to contract with a Contractor to provide all labor, services, and materials necessary to perform work described in the Statement of Work / Specifications to complete DuPage County 505 Roof Fall Protection located at 505 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Scheduling of all work will be coordinated with DuPage County Facilities Management Department. SUMMARY OF SCOPE o Install 403.5 linear feet of 3-ft wide Alphaguard Bio walkway with Granules. o Install 741 linear feet of FG Molded Grating with connectors. o Provide all labor, equipment, and crane to complete all walkways in professional manor. o All work shall be inspected and approved by the roofing contractor that maintains the warranty for the existing 505 roof surface [Tremco].
