The Contract includes water main replacement and installation; water service line replacement; fire hydrant replacement; surface restoration and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work includes all materials, equipment, labor, necessary apparatuses, and other miscellaneous labor and materials as contemplated by the Contract Documents. All Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. A Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated contract price, shall be required from the Successful Bidder. A non-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid.
