Bid Bond Yes Scope of Work Martin County is seeking bids from FDOT pre-qualified Contractors for the installation of a new mast arm signal and intersection improvements at the intersection of US-1 (SR-5 / SE Federal Highway) and SE Constitution Boulevard. All work proposed is within the right of way on US-1 (SR-5 / SE Federal Highway) located in Martin County. The Contractor is required to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the State of Florida Department of Transportation - Construction Agreement (Agreement No. 2023-C-490-00006). The Cone of Silence prohibits any communication regarding a RFB, RFP, RFQ or other competitive solicitation between any bidder (or its agents or representatives) or other entity with the potential for a financial interest in the award (or their respective agents or representatives) regarding such competitive solicitation, AND any County Commissioner or County employee, selection committee member or other persons authorized to act on behalf of the Board including the County's Architect, Engineer or their subconsultants, or to provide a recommendation to award a particular contract, other than Purchasing Division staff (pur_div@martin.fl.us).
